The medical part was O.K. and the front desk staff also good but the billing staff was rude and insulting both personally and on the phone. They sent me a letter that was also insulting and it told me to find another urologist. This was after I complained to Dr. Stockall personally about this. He said it would be fixed but it wasn't and was followed by horrible treatment.

I do not trust this office. On other health review sites, patients and patient relatives make some serious accusations about the doctor's skills and integrity. I myself had to wait 40 minutes for the appointment and even though I said I did not want a woman in the room they brought one in. Also their insurance billing staff did not do their job right and after I gave up on their practice they did sales calls on the phone and sent me a certified letter. They are not good people.
