All staff were excellent. The doctor's work was incredible, and I am very satisfied with my result. The initial sales pitch was a tad pushy with telling me to bring my money to the consult so I could be ready to make an on-the-spot decision, however the sales person was friendly and informed. I was in sales for 10 years, so I understand asking for the money, however this almost scared me off as this was my first cosmetic procedure and first contact of any kind with this office. I would also suggest telling people more clearly about the pain associated with the post-op oxygen spray. It was a terrible shock :) Overall I am extremely happy that I decided to go forward with the procedure!

I had a great experience at Accents. Dr. Berkowitz was very informative before the procedure so I knew exactly what to expect. He and his staff were very friendly and comforting. I would definitely recommend Accents to anyone.
