Thai is an extremely efficient, patient-focused office. My cataract surgery with corrective lens placement couldn't have been a more positive experience. I haven't had as care-free vision in 70 of my 74 years, thanks to Dr. Grosinger and his staff. What made the results even better was how happy Dr. Grosinger was for me!

My Doctor Dr Alan Spigelman was very understanding and caring. I had a serious eye condition resulting from another doctors mistake, he worked with me until it was resolved. I would never trust anyone else with my eye care. Staff was always pleasant when I went there.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
