Worst office visit in my entire life. Dr Rolaine missed several key observations in the exam that should have led him to the conclusion that I would be a candidate for Acute Angular Closure Glaucoma (Gonioscopy ,pressures that measured twice as high in right eye) He took very little time with me and as a result I ended up in the ER within 7 days. Permanent eye damage to the right eye leaving me with 50 percent eye vision. Could have been prevented if Dr Rolaine had noticed the signs and immediately applied a laser to both eyes. As a result, my eye swelled and became blocked in the drainage area resulting in optic nerve damage. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM!!!

I saw Dr. Rolain for an eye migraine brought on by stress. We both agreed this was the case. I even came in for a follow up opinion to confirm. Now I need him to write me a brief note for school and he refuses to do so because I won't schedule a full fledged paid appointment. I have asked numerous doctors for documentation for various things in the past and this is the first time I have had one flat out refuse unless I schedule an appointment. Very unprofessional. Really? I have to pay for him $200 and waste 3 hours between commuting and waiting in the office so he can write two sentences?
