I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Also i was in between insurance policies and they refused to see me until i had received my new insurance card even though i had my policy number and was at a scheduled appointment. At no time ever did they tell me i had to notify them of switching insurance companies before an appointment. They then refused to see me after i had just came to this appointment unless i made full payment of my of the bill right then which was around $600, payments were not an option they said and they would not allow me to reschedule this appointment until i had my card. They made me feel unimportant like i had wasted their time which they had wasted mine and they made me feel like i was not good enough for their clinic because they acted like i had no insurance at all. At that point all my bills from them not covered by my previous insurance company were all paid. I never in my life felt more degraded and humiliated seeing is they acted this way towards me in front of other patients.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I have been a patient at East Valley Dental for about 7 to 10 years now. They are always very freindly and welcoming. They do a great job in cleaning my teeth and listen to all my concerns. If I have a need to see them for other Dental issues they have been very accomadating. I highly recommend this office to all my family and friends. Thank you to all the staff at East Valley Dental!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

The dentist always seems like he is in such a hurry to get rid of you. Fast does not equal quality. I was even lectured about being on time on my first visit, which I was 10 minutes early to.

The hygienist spent a lot of time on my teeth. They were very clean & white when I left the office. The dentist even did a little extra to get stains off my teeth. I am very happy with my visit to this office.
