They paid attention to me and my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Dr. Arends is extremely hard to reach by phone and does not return calls promptly. There is no way to leave a message after hours or on weekends!
