Dr. Stern is the Pyschartiritis in Kalamazoo. I have been privileged to be under medical practice for 1974. Dr, Stern is the one of the Top Notch practicing cognitive doctors. I have never feel mis-practiced or not mis-medicated. Dr. Stern is one of those "Rare" Psychiatrist that comes along in a Blue Moon. Her Cognitive practice is explicat as well as her medical diagnosis and cognitive testing pertaining to the particular evaluation of the client. Dr.Stern has kept me in the forefront in the llastet cognitive therapy. I have never ever been disappointed in her practice and cognitive techniques. dr. Stern is just the Best in Her Field of Practice.

Knowledgeable, personable, unconvential when necessary. Excellent listener and her ability to discern and diagnose is keen and in my long patient/psychiatrist experience comparable to the m.d.'s who have treated me while a patient in university clinics, pursuing various psychiatric studies.

I have been seeing Dr. Stern since 2008 and love the care I receive from her. She treats me as an individual and I get individualized care from her. If I have a question and call and leave her a message to call me back, she is very prompt in getting back to me. Absolutely love having her as part of my treatment team.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I think anyone would benefit from seeing them. I really liked they took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits clearly. They made sure that I understood everything before I started treatment.
