Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. There are NO Saturdays or late evening appointments. They are only working 830 to 4 pm, therefore if you cannot take off work or find someone else to take your child they will miss out on important adjustments. The inconvenience of the time is the biggest problem for me. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
