Kimberly did a fantastic job putting my mind at ease and really took good care of my son when I brought him in diagnosed with a bone tumor. She didn't waste time getting him into surgery to take the tumor out and get it biopsied to reveal it was (fortunately) benign. She was great with my 13 year old son.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. They were friendly, warm, and welcoming. I instantly felt at home and comfortable in their care. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
