The oral hygienist that cleaned my teeth, was wonderful. She did a great job and I felt very comfortable while she worked on my teeth.

When I went back to see the dentist, it was a completely different experience. I felt like he was rushing, his "trainee" did most of the work and he left halfway through the procedure and never came back. It has been less than a week since my appointment and both fillings that he put in are now gone. He also ground down one of my molars, without telling me what he was doing, and never came back to smooth it out so now I have a rough tooth in the back of my mouth and I have no idea why he did it.

I have called the office and was told the office manager would call me back. I will update when I know what they plan to do to help me in this situation.

I have never had anything wrong with my teeth, I have only had to have one cavity filled before this experience, I have always been told I had great teeth, now I feel like that has been diminished by what they have done to my teeth. I am furious.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Absolutely not. I even asked for an explanation and was ignored

Not at all. It was absolutely unbearable

My family has been clents of Onyx Dental for many years. They were the only dentists for my son Thomas thru childhood into adulthood. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and were always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Whether a tooth emergency or maintenance cleaning, Dr. Henderson and the Onyx staff has served my family wuperbly.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
