Very, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and RUDE. My family has been patients there for several years, and the staff and dentists are abrupt and rude and not accommodating, the dentist fractured my moms tooth, and didn't want to give her a root canal, and when he was FORCED to give her one, he was very tough with her and rough, and she was in pain for days. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. My sister and her family left this practice.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Very professional. Most of the dental hygienists have been there 10 years or more! Procedures, costs and options are explained prior to work being done in a low pressure atmosphere. It had been many years since I had seen a dentist when i started to see them. They were very kind and eased my fears and made me feel comfortable - not an easy task! Highly recommended!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need.
