HORRIBLE customer service! The woman at the front desk was RUDE. When I asked to speak with the office manager she said that they did not have one. When I asked to speak with someone else, she said that there were only 3 people in the office and that they barely had enough time to keep up with appointment let alone any complaints. She did NOT care about my concers at all. I would not choose them as my dentist if I were you!

Great dentist and very nice staff. They were all excellent with our children as well. My only complaint is that they had a problem with our insurance company and didn't alert us for almost 9 months. We had had a lot of work done on our family in that time so it took lots of work to figure out the issues.
