The staff was helpful and detailed in explaining everything. The doctor made sure my husband was not in ANY pain before beginning the procedure.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Awful experience. The receptionist/check in process was a nightmare. The woman was extremely rude, had an awful attitude, and was probably one of most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. The entire appointment was an absolute nightmare. Keep in mind, I was already nervous/anxious about getting the oral work done. I did not feel at ease nor in capable hands. If you're going to get any kind of work done at this establishment please be prepared, or just go down the street.
