They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

I have been a patient of Dr Rita's for about eighteen years. I really appreciate the time she spends with me and the research she has done figuring out the solution to whatever medical problem I have. You can talk to her about anything and you know she is listening to you. I have never felt rushed and she always takes the time needed to answer questions and explain. Lori who works the office is very nice and helpful. If Dr Rita isn't available Dr Tina is every bit as nice and caring.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Dr. Patel is a caring physician that provides you with information that empowers you to promote your own well-being. Highly recommended.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were so kind and attentive to me. THIS DOCTOR IS ONE OF THE WORLD'S MOST LOVING, MOST INTELLIGENT, SOULS....AND SO ARE HER SISTER AND LORI, THE SECRETARY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
