The physician is professional and I like her very much because she seems to be concerned about my condition. However the staff is not always on their toes and the wait time is ridiculous. My time is valuable also. One major complaint is that occasionally I have gone to my appointment only to have another physician. I do not appreciate that. If I wanted another physician I would go elsewhere. One should be notified if the physician is not available and have the choice whether to see another physician or to rebook.

Worst doctor and staff I've ever encountered. Nobody was helpful, they were all apathetic. The doctor didn't correctly diagnose my health issue, prescribed a remedy that made the problem worse, and sent me to a specialist. The worst part is that she never sent in a referral, so I got stuck with a very costly medical bill because she and her staff messed up. Terrible!

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
