I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. The staff does not always answer the phone during normal business hours, and sometimes there is not even an option to leave a message or voice mail. Dr. Densley is a very smart and caring doctor but his office needs improvement.

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
