The person who wrote the other review clearly works there because I have never been to dentist that was this bad. Not only did they give me 3 different prices for my first visit then billed me another $140 for a cleaning (I have insurance) this was after selling me the $15 mouthwash and trying to sell me a whole lot more, but when I called saying I was in pain the dentist never returned my call. I was scheduled to have a tooth pulled 3 weeks later and when I called to say the infection was back and I needed more antibiotics I was told I would have to come in and pay for more x-rays. When I cancelled the appointment and came in to get my x-rays they said it was going to be $40 to get the x-rays I was already grossly overcharged for. If you like overpaying, bad service, and having sales people instead of a competent dental staff, then this is the dentist for you, if not I STRONGLY suggust you go elsewhere.

They barely gave me any information at all. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left each time. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My mother was a patient and they extracted her teeth leaving her in pain and would'nt give her any medication for the pain unless she paid an additional charge. They were paid up front through an insurance claim of $12,000 plus an additional $4,000 out of pocket and made sure they used every dime of the money. My mother was terrified of returning but felt sense they were paid she had to after almost 2 yrs of trying to fit her for dentures every time being unsuccessful and painful. My mother took a break having seizures was to much for her to handle...After a yr she made an appt to try it again they had her come in charge her $25 before she could be seen which was odd they took us back and explained that they have no idea where her dentures were, and they are'nt responsible. If she wanted to have another pair, they would need an additional $3,000 on top of the $16-17,000 that was already paid. We were floored by the complete lack of respect that they showed after taking that large amount of money and charging her $25.00 to tell her what they could have said over the phone was just shocking. They not once ever told her that they did'nt or would'nt have to hold her dentures and they were'nt responsible after a yr. If that would of been said she would have just picked them up and taking her business else where. Sense I was on her contact list to call me for anything sense she fell ill they could have called me and told me instead they threw them out refused her any money back. My mother is left with no dentures and 4 teeth extracted in the amount of around 17,000. We are completely disgusted that they would do this after all she paid and has been threw.
