I made an appointment as a referral for an emergency consult. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Falik Jr. was not. All he could do was lecture me at my appointment until I cried. He does not do emergency consults. He does not do emergency work. If you are in pain, and have an emergency, you must first have an appointment for an exam, then another appointment for a cleaning, possibly a second appointment for a cleaning, then, and only then, you can schedule a consultation. It doesn't matter that you haven't been able to eat solid food in 3 days, that's just how it works. I will not be using this dentist in the future.
