Dr Collins himself seems mostly good. He is taken aback by things he doesn't really see much, and asks if you're still having a problem like 8 months after you don't. His staff however handles most of the work anyway. They are extremely forgetful and always asked me why I was there. I guess they don't write things in their appointment book, such as purpose of visit. After all the time it takes them to type information into their computers about your every visit, they NEVER even read it. They get mixed up on things, and asked ME several times how far apart are these injections supposed to be? One of the girls was EXTREMELY hostile when I told her to look up my history in the computer because it isn't my job to do their job. It is THEIR job to be medical professionals and know why people are there and how to administer prescriptions. I would NEVER recommend this place due to their forgetfulness and extreme attitude at me when I finally got fed up with their stupidity. They should be reported.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. He gave me medication that had a medication in it that i made CLEAR i was allergic to. He had my med records but didnt wanted to change medications that were working for me that i had been on for over 4 years on the very 1st visit. Wouldnt take me dog to see him if he had a runny nose!

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
