I decided to go to this place because it was close to where I lived, the wait time between appointments was good, and the appointment could be made to fir my schedule. BIG mistake.

I went to the dentist to have a filling done. Based on the position of the cavity, they said it would be best to put on a crown. Feasibly true, but in retrospect,it was probably an attempt to get more money out of me - a crown is obviously significantly more expensive than a filling...

So, I made an appointment to get the crown done. I stated when making the appt that I wanted JUST the crown done. Somehow during the course of that procedure, the dentist decides to do an extra and unscheduled procedure (that we had vaguely discussed for literally 5 seconds the last time I was there).

Guess what? That unscheduled procedure was not covered by my insurance and cost an extra few hundred dollars. AND, a few days later, the crown came off because he did not cement it properly....So, I had to return to the office to have it cemented AGAIN.

Now, a few months later, I have an ill-fitting crown that has once again come off. Even if I was still in the area to have the crown "cemented" again by the same dentist, I would not trust them to do it. So, now I'm on the search for a new dentist to fix the mistake that this overpriced and frustrating dental office has made.

I have had crowns put in before and have never had an issue with any of them. Terrible experience. Never going back.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. So awesome that I trust them not only with my care but of my entire family.
