The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.
