I'm really easygoing & quiet. But the way the Lady on the phone spoke to me was extremely unprofessional. Over a mistake they made! They tried to bill my insurance & I've never been to them. I was scared someone maybe stole my info. She acted like it was my fault & said to just ignore it. What?! Never got an answer to why they had my information. Seems shady & I will be keeping my eye out to make sure nothing else tries to go through my insurance. I would have completely missed it even happening if my insurance had covered it. Stay away from this place.
