I have gone to this dentist for everything from simple cavities to root canals to implants to extractions and as far as I am cocerned Dr Jay Andrews and his staff are tops. I just had my final appointment today and I'm sorry to see this long dental saga end. This is the happiest dental office I have ever been in and I am sorely pressed to think of replacing them when we move to Florida. His prices are fair and in only one case when there was a problem with his work, he redid the whole job gratis without being asked. His two assistants are funny, clever, pretty and amusing. They are reason enough to walk into his office. At one point when I was in mild dental pain he came into his office on a Saturday and treated me. This place is tops!!!

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. In addition the scheduling is all fouled up. I had an appointment early in February, in March I received a letter saying why havent you been to see us? Following the Feb appointment I was told to come back in 6 months and an appointment was scheduled for 16 August. When I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment, and a new one was set for 9 oclock on 16 Sept. Today I had a phone call saying that instread of a cleaning (which was what the appointment was for) it was now scheduled for 1200 and was for a check-up. I have cancelled that appoitment and will go to another dentist.

All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
