It was a very positive experience. The clinician that took my blood and vitals was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recumbent Dr. Lach. He knows his stuff!!!

It was very nice of them to send me informational material before my consultation. I was able to look through it, and find answers to most of my questions before my actual appointment. Dr. Lach and his staff's primary concern is my satisfaction, safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The restrooms at this office were spotless, and it is located in a safe business area that is easy to find. I have had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Lach and his assistant Gail, and their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
