Dr Richler is wonderful but his staff is very rude. The staff must have not been trained very well. Hopefully Dr Richler will send his staff to a training on how to treat his patients. Unfortunately, will not be using Dr Richlers services because of his staff (secretarial)

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

No, they were very calm and understanding
