I used Dr. Sieffert for a few years before I had a negative experience. One appointment, following a cleaning, he was working in my mouth and was really being hard on my cheeks...they only stretch so far. He was hurting me badly, and I finally said something. He got mad at ME for saying something, and said, "But I have to clean your teeth." I'm sorry, but you don't get to be rough in my mouth and then get mad at me for it. I should have gotten up and walked out right then. I have since switched dentists because of his poor attitude.

I really liked the ladies in the office though. The receptionist was always nice, and the hygienists were great.

I think the staff and the Doctor are great. They are very professional and friendly. They have always been very accommodating with their scheduling.

I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
