The Doctors are all very great. Good luck getting an appointment always so busy, No Nurse practitioners or other ancillary staff to move things along. Office staff give medical advice and even tell you to go to the walk in CVS to see a doctor when they are busy. . No blood draws in office either you have to go to another facility. Great potential but the practice is not moving with the times.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
