All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. Doctor seemed very nice and professional.
Receptionist a loud know-it-all. Repeats and repeats her information. Discussion about a patient should have been done privately with the doctor.
Receptionist pretty much insisted I have x-rays done . Stating they would not do a cleaning without taking x-rays ( new patient ).
Unfortunately this Dentist is the only local one that excepts my insurance.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Then when I was supposed to come back in to have my tooth pulled as I was in TERRIBLE pain I get a call that the state has closed them down and I cant get my tooth pulled!!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned?
No
Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures?
No, they never pressured me

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Their billing is unprofessional. The clerk is rude and loud. She was swearing loudly on the phone, while I was waiting. Even the dental technician complained to me about the working conditions.
