The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. It definitely wasn't easy finding parking at their office. I eventually found a spot but only after I had circled around for a long time. I couldn't believe how much foul language they used during my appointment. I don't care if they talk that way with their friends, but it seemed unprofessional to talk that way with me. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
