All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I have been happy with any work done so far. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet. The turnover of dentists bothers me some.

the dental hygenist was great, but that's about it. the doctors kept changing and the billing was a nightmare. the office sent me collection notices on bills that they actually owed me a refund on. they eventually fixed this issue, but it took 9 months. every visit after that resulted in more billing errors. the staff is snide and not helpful.

The staff were very friendly and supportive. I wish that they went into a bit more detail on the issues I was facing, but they did answer all my questions. I enjoy going there, they're very nice and provide good care.

These People are into job security. they want to keep fixing teeth, I want them removed and they would not here that. It is because if everyone went to false teeth they would be out of a job. The last two dentists I saw about this were were not from our country. The customer IS ALWAYS RIGHT in the USA. They have lost any future business with me.

Once I lost my dental insurance they were not willing to work with me. Could not afford the more expensive cleaning that I had had for years so wanted just a basic cleaning until I could save enough money for the other. They would not do it. So now I have not had my teeth cleaned for over a year. I also have been extremely unhappy with the partial that they made for me. It has never fit correctly. I had insurance then and had a copay. The partial was not worth what I paid and adjustments never helped at all.
