There are times when I've been there, the reception staff has been rude and dismissive towards me and other clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

A little. I wish they had been more gentle
