I went to this provider for many years and very often felt like changing providers for various reasons, such as overhearing the doctor talking with a male patient about the "eye candy" he now employs, fairly regular issues with billing and an occasional issue with attitudes, but I always stayed because I pretty much liked the doctor. UNTIL I was in the examining room and he answered his cell phone not once, but TWICE with personal phone calls. He did not say excuse me, spoke for a few minutes on the phone each time before he left the room to conduct his conversation and never apologized. The second time, he never even returned from his conversation! I waited 15 minutes and finally left, telling the Eye Candy I'd had enough. The doctor left a me a voicemail message, apparantly thinking that was enough tofinsh our examination/appointment. I have not gone back since. The only thing I miss is Joanne--she's AWESOME.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
