They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. I have been a patient of Dr. Curtin for over 20 years and both he and his staff have been incredibly patient with me to make sure I'm comfortable with the procedure and calm enough for them to do the work. Not only is the medical staff great but the office staff is super nice and goes out of their way to accommodate my schedule.
