Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home.
