This guy is not a good doctor. I saw him for over 3 years and he loves to hear himself speak and drown you in his nonsense. He thinks Tylenol and God will cure everything you have. He's simply not very knowledgeable but he'll talk to you like a living Wikipedia in hopes of you just shutting you up and sending you out of the office. My pain has progressively gotten worse because of Bock and I am filling a corporate complaint against his practice.

For those left confused, ask, I found them willing to explain, with different explanations if the first didn't work. Office is a bit dingy/ugly, but not disturbingly so. One of the nurses was great fun to talk to while doing the prep.

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Dr. Bock lacks any sense of empathy or basic understanding of psychiatric conditions; this is unacceptable in this day and age. He was condescending, he belittled me, and had an incredible lack of insight. I went to get a prescription for weight management and got the prescription, but doubt I will continue treatment with him.

I visited him twice because my PCP left his practice. He was rude, condescending,and put you down in anyway that he could find. It is an all cash business for him and he will tell you that- I am not joking. I visited him maybe two or three times and that was it- i had to get out of there. I ended up finding a fantastic PCP down the road at the chelsea beth israel. I would not recommend him at all, Dr, Bock that is.- even for those who are desperately looking to get into a suboxone program- that seems to be the only business that is keeping him alive right now. And it seems that from what i have learned in talking to other patients he talks and looks down and treats the suboxone patients like crap. I give him ZERO stars.

My experience at the medical treatment center was a pleasant one. I called in the a.m. and had an appointment within a few hours. The staff are very nice and pleasant, they answered any questions I had before meeting with the doctor. When I met the doctor he is a little unorthodox then previous doctors I have had but he listened to me and did all the testing he could to come to a diagnosis right there in the office while I was there. They have an x-ray machine in the office which was very convenient. I will continue my medical care at Dr. Bock's office.
