My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

No, they never pressured me

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
