You're not usually put on hold, but you get the answering machine a LOT. I think they forget to turn it off and they don't always call back promptly when you leave a message. But, they are friendly and attentive when you do call and REACH them. The office is out the way and the parking is miminal. However, with all that being said, he is such a GREAT DENTIST, AWESOME WITH KIDS, Friendly, etc. that it is definately worth WHATEVER you have to go through to get to him!!

I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. They were so kind and attentive to me.
Dr. Ken is very in tune with his clients needs and is a very skilled dentist.
