I recently decided to undergo extensive dental work. I chose the Northshore Family Dentistry based on recommendations from another patient. But, I was still extremely nervous about the procedure. The staff at Northshore Family Dentistry was very friendly, courteous and professional. Every single question I had was answered clearly and concisely. I was so impressed with Dr. Michael Dragon and his staff. They made the whole process as painless and comfortable as possible. And the follow-up care has been outstanding. With the dental work they have completed, I feel much more confident and at ease in the public. The office and facilities are very comfortable and relaxing. I will absolutely return to Dr. Dragon for all my dental needs in the future.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Dr.dragon does provide sedation to scared patients and has gentle hands. The only negative is its a bit expensive
