I question their office policy of not allowing the parent with a child when he or she is having teeth removed. There are too many horror stories of what happens to kids while under the care of a doctor/dentist without the parent present for me to feel comfortable with this. However we had little choice but to allow it as our insurance only allowed for this provider.
A few of the nurses on staff are a bit short with parents and seem to not really be kid friendly. Which is kind of a requirement when dealing with ped dentistry.
The cost of services is a bit higher than any other dentist I have been to.
Overall would I recommend them? I'd have no problem with dealing with snotty nurses but there are too many recommended services for absorbent prices, a long wait to even get in the office (wait time was 1 month for a cavity fill), and office policies I'm not comfortable with to recommend. Not to mention my child is now even more scared of dentists than before.
