I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The office was easy enough to find. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

The office in Annapolis is very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The services they provide are what I need for good eye care. I've never doubted their abilities. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. When Dr. Hall has to be away, they call well in advance and reschedule. If I have a sudden need to see a doctor, they fit me in at one of the two locations very quickly perhaps even the same day. I can always count on them to be there for me.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
Dr. Hall is one of the best eye surgeons you can find. You will be in very capable hands if you select her for your eye surgey.
