I was very impressed with the consultation appointment for my laparoscopic hernia surgery consultation. Within two weeks I had the surgery at the Surgery Center, which was A+++, and the recovery was remarkable. A week later, I went to the office for follow-up. I can't believe how much trust I have in Dr. Hanowell. He exceeded my expectations with the surgery, his kind staff, and his excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend him without any hesitation.

Highly recommended! Dr H really went above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
