They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I wasn't sure about giving my baby shots, but they gave me written information and answered my questions, which helped me make decisions. Highly recommended.

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

She is a great doctor and I would recommend her highly. Excellent skills, and very understanding with my children. Seems to really care.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
