This dr has staff rotating for different periods of time and sometimes they don't know how to take (height and weight) measurements correctly.

Our family lives within a block of Dr. Le Blanc's office. My wife stopped in two weeks ago to make a first appointment for our son. The appointment was made for 6:00pm on a Thursday. I arrived with my son at 5:45 for the appointment and was met in the lobby by Dr. Le Blanc and a number of his staff. The first words out of Dr. Le Blancs mouth were "why are you here?". It was obvious that it was the end of the day and that he was in a rush to leave. I advised him of our scheduled appointment. He was then handed the chart by his secretary, after reviewing the chart he accused us of missing an appointment a week prior, and of not providing his office with our insurance information. I then explained to his that my wife had stopped by the office a week earlier to make the appointment and that we had in fact already provided his office with a photocopy of our insurance information. At that time the secretary advised Dr. Le Blanc that she did have our insurance information and that there had never been an appointment made for the previous week. I was happy to suggest that the good Doctor implement a more efficient records keeping system and advised him that I would be taking our business else where. On a side note; the office is a hole in the wall that was filthy!!! I would not recommend this office or doctor to anyone.
