I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
