The last time I visited this office I needed a refill for blood pressure medicine and the front office staff informed me that they called the perscription into my pharmacy; however when I went to the pharmacy...(two different ones) there was no information called in. A request was sent from those two pharmacy's and the office never responded. Due to the frustration of this situation, I have been looking for a new doctor. I like the doctors, but the office staff seems incompetent. Please talk to the staff about this issue. Actually, I will be trying to make an appointment today.

I was kind of weary of coming here in the first place because the receptionist was very rude.
The receptionist had an attitude when I showed up.
Apparently they had never dealth with Tricare because the receptionist had no number. I asked could she look online because the internet was right in front of her. She said no time didn't allow her.I said I would come back she told me to fill out the papers leading me to believe it was ok. It wasnt she kept asking me to call someone who had the number?
Who in the hell was I supposed to call. It was frustrating, and I felt like I was talking to myself.I was dissapointed. WILL NOT be back.I didn't feel welcomed at all.
my advice Hire ANOTHER receptionist.
I wasn't the only one in the office who thought she was rude.
