The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
