I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
