Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was very impressed with their advanced and sophisticated equipment. You can tell they only want the best for their patients.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.

This is a med doc definitely on the way up. African American who wants to skyrocked to fortune. I have lived, traveled and had medical care in a half dozen countries. The U.S. definitely has the most money mad physicians - experts at factory-like med care. Dr. Charles leads the pack. In and out. Writing a prescription as I am in mid-sentence describing conditions. he has had a medicine selected and written before I had even mentioning all facts. His phone is rarely answered by staff. the answer service Does Not take messages. It is up to the sick person to keep calling and calling to speak to increasingly lower paid, less-professional and personal staff. The level of anxiety in the office manager's voice is palpable. she has inappropriately revealed that he is (no irony intended) a slave driver.
I stayed so long because prescription refills used to be no hassle using walgreen's mail order service. but we were all on notice: low profit customers will be pushed aside. And to add insult to injury (what a thing to have to say about someone who is supposed to follow an ethical Code), he hired a service to feel out customers about paying even more than the $100 or $120 to read two magazine articles, have a staff person chart an incorrect blood pressure number, then get blessed with a 90 second appearance by a near-silent dr charles. He intends to have a group of VIP customers who actually get return calls from the physician himself. This is a phenomenal breech of professional standards in a practice that is already worse than any third world country that I have seen.
there is a 30% chance I would estimate, that you will see at least one 20 & 30 something drug company rep waiting for what one customer told me was his "daily drug party" wherein these salespeople educated Dr C on which drugs to whip out for which maladies. If there is an American Medical Industry equivalent to lobbying, this is it, in full view of the group of sick people sitting on fabric chairs that never get sanitized. I am so disgusted, I have imagined enlisting others I have heard complaining to picket the footpath in front of his building.
Demand eye contact when you see your doctor. That's what I learned. And always ask the person who takes your pulse, b.p. and temperature for the results. If she doesn't know, even though beginning to write numbers on a dirty cardboard form; LEAVE!
