They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They make you come in just to get a medication refill. Your medical questions are never answered over the phone. The doctor is very knowledgeable but he will make you come in for every single issue, even just to ask questions.
