I was humiliated by this Dr, when he made a statement about how I was dressed, referring to the fact that I was dressed nicely (I was wearing cords, a sweater and boots, all of which were purchased on sale or even clearance) and alluding to the fact that I should spend money on my teeth. I advised him first off I am scared to death of the dentist chair, like a lot of people are, and that I am frightened by the high cost of the care that I need. He refused to help me leaving me with an infection in my gums, his assistant had to apologize for him and stated that the context in which he was referring to was taken the wrong way by myself. It came across very rudely and I feel that for the professional that he is he should be discussing the health of my teeth and not the way I am dressed. I let him know that I am a very frugal shopper and don't spend money foolishly on clothing. He claimed "we are not a good fit" which was relayed to me by his assistant and not directly from him. I just felt he crossed the line and was unprofessional. By not treating me I felt like he was a coward. I only give this a one star because I had to choose one, they would not let me submit until I chose one, but really I would give this place a 0. I waited for almost 40 minutes also and explained to him my time is precious and if I had treatment with him I would want his office to be more timely with appointments. When I had to take off early from work, but then once I got there I waited over 40 minutes.
